Service Description

We will have a 45 minute strategy call to plan for capturing 3 pieces of video content for your social media platform of choice, plus one Recap Video.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required for booking and the final balance will be due once deliverables are completed. Pricing is based on one day of filming, pricing may change based on the project. Estimate of pricing range anticipates the need of additional camera operators, audio technicians, & production assistants to cover your event. Editing services are included in the pricing as well. Revisions: As it pertains to the edited video in the Deliverables, 3 complimentary revisions requests will be provided to the Client. At the 3rd revision request from the Client, the Client will be charged $75 per revision request. Misspelling of text and wrong graphics sent by the Client for the edited video does not count towards revisions. No revision requests will be provided to the Client for edited photos from the Deliverables. Usage: CreativeGene reserves the right to use the produced videos and photos and/or any other reproductions for display, publication, portfolio usage, distribution, licensing, or any other purpose. Delivery: The produced and edited videos and photos will be delivered online in an .mp4 and .jpeg format. The Contractor reserves the right to store and delete the Deliverables for 30 days after the delivery date. For the raw files of the images and videos captured, an additional fee of $1250 will be charged. Responsibilities: CreativeGene is not responsible for compromised coverage at the Event(s) due to causes beyond the control of the Contractor including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the Client or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the Contractor, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. The Contractor is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo and video coverage at the Event(s). The Contractor is not held liable and accountable for missed coverage of any part including individuals and/or any objects during the Event(s).
